Brad spends each day managing his many separate buyer and seller accounts through planning, organizing, and time management. He has an innate ability to set short- and long-term priorities. Brad is known for having the right attitude, ability, and approach when dealing with clients, whether in person, by email, or on the phone. He personally seeks to qualify buyers to establish individual needs. He takes a team approach when working with his clients. Negotiating and closing sales is what Brad does best. Brad leaves nothing to chance. He follows through on each transaction, from financing to inspections to the final closing. For years, Brad has worked with builders, bankers, architects, attorneys, escrow officers and accountants. His business is built on client rapport and earning his referrals through satisfied clients.


ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Brad earned his Associate's Degree from Ohlone College in Fremont, California. He earned his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Holy Names University in Oakland, California.  He is currently working on his doctoral studies in Leadership at the University of San Francisco.
