Brad is known for having the right attitude, ability, and approach when dealing with clients whether in person, by email, or on the phone. He personally seeks to qualify buyers to establish individual needs. He takes a team approach when working with his clients. Negotiating and closing sales is what Brad does best. Brad leaves nothing to chance. He follows through each transaction from financing to the final closing. For years, Brad has worked with builders, bankers, architects, attorneys, escrow officers and accountants.
