He personally seeks to qualify buyers to establish individual needs. He takes a team approach when working with his clients. Negotiating and closing sales is what Brad does best. Brad leaves nothing to chance. He follows through each transaction from financing to the final closing. For years, Brad has worked with builders, bankers, architects, attorneys, escrow officers and accountants. His business is built on client rapport and earning his referrals through satisfied clients.
